The shipping origin depends on product availability, supplier location, and the customer’s shipping address.

Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed after final payment approval is received from the credit card company or payment provider.

  • Some products are made-to-order or prepared after purchase.

    • Preparation time for such products is up to 7 business days before shipment.

Please take preparation time into account when estimating delivery.

Order Status Updates & Tracking

Customers will receive email updates for each major order status, including:

  • Order placed

  • Order in preparation (if applicable)

  • Order packed

  • Order shipped

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided (when available), allowing the customer to track the shipment.

Payment Confirmation

  • Orders are shipped only after final payment approval is confirmed by the payment provider (credit card company, PayPal, or other payment method).

  • Orders with pending or failed payment approval will not be processed or shipped.
