Shipping Information

We work with trusted international suppliers. Products may be shipped either:

  • From a local warehouse in the country of purchase, or

  • Via international shipping from our supplier’s country.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and supplier location.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for products purchased through our website, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers must notify us of their intent to return a product within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Customers with disabilities may notify us of their intent to return a product within 60 days of receiving the product.

    • In such cases, valid documentation must be provided at the time of the request.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received:

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

    • Free of scratches, stains, or defects

    • In a condition that allows us to resell the item

All returned items are subject to a careful inspection upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. The customer must contact us in writing via the “Contact Us” page on our website and request a return.

  2. Once the return request is approved, the customer will receive return instructions.

  3. Products may be returned to an address in the United States , depending on the item.

Refund Approval & Processing

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • This process may take up to 7 business days from the date the returned item is received.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method:

    • PayPal payments will be refunded via PayPal

    • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original credit card

Return Shipping Cost Reimbursement

  • We will reimburse return shipping costs up to $19 USD.

  • This amount will be refunded in addition to the full purchase price of the returned product.

  • Reimbursement is provided only after the customer submits a valid invoice/receipt showing the original cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (handcrafted or personalized upon customer request
